Featuring a highly accurate thermostatic range for optimal results on every cook, the machine simplifies its operation by draining used oil directly into a removable container underneath rather than give you the trouble of finding and attaching an external drain. The fryer responds to changes in heat very quickly before steadily maintaining the desired temperature, further improving the consistency and quality of your fried food.
