An interior drainage network empties used hot oil directly into a bucket underneath, reducing the risk of staff injury and removing the hassle of fitting an external drain. Complete with accurate heating controls and a seamless interior for easy cleaning, this machine does all it can to provide the finest food whilst cutting back on time and effort.
