The largest model of its kind available, a Lincat Opus 800 Single Tank Fryer provides a quick and reliable source of delicious fried food, owing to its robust construction, high speed output and precise temperature control. An inclined base drains excess oil from your food to produce the crispest results possible, whilst an inboard oil draining system takes away the hassle of installing an external drain pipe. The batter plates and internal element can be easily detached and removed to give you and your staff effortless access for cleaning and maintenance.
