A perfect companion for fast food outlets, fish and chip shops and other forms of high output catering, the Lincat Opus 800 Single Tank Fryer contains an inboard drainage system to take away the hassle of you fitting an external drain pipe. As a large comprehensive unit, the machine is also fitted with a pumped filtration system that filters your used oil, extending its lifespan, saving you money and having it ready for frying again within five minutes. Removable batter plates and a detachable element to assist with cleaning contribute further to this machine’s seamless operation.
