The RBCT20-60 roll in blast chiller has been specifically designed to accept the Rational 201 trolley (not supplied). Capable of chilling 60kg of product in less than 90 minutes. The RBCT20-60 also has a freezing function allowing enabling it to freeze 20kg of product at any one time. The integral system is perfect for sites that do not have the option of remotely site their condensing unit.
