A medium capacity blast chiller/freezer, the Foster BCT 22-12 incorporating “Foster Circular” air circulation system which ensures airflow is sucked horizontally over the food surface. A 304 stainless exterior / interior is complimented by a full solid door and 80 mm castors for ease of movement.
