The Falcon Lainox Compact 6 Deck Electric Combination Oven features a low footprint, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space while retaining the ability to quickly and efficiently cook a wide range of food products and keep up with demand with up to 6 1/1 sized gastronorm shelves.

The oven features the ability to switch between three separate cooking modes – convection, steam or both – and features 95 pre-installed cooking programmes and storage space for up to 99 additional personalized recipes. The oven also features an automatic cleaning system and comes with a retractable hand shower and multi-point core probe.
