Made in the UK, the natural gas G3101 Falcon Dominator Plus gas range delivers high performance cooking and ultra-reliable operation. With solid commercial construction throughout, the Falcon is specifically built for the most demanding kitchens. The six independently-controlled 5.8kW hob burners are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The large double oven has a generous capacity and can accommodate up to five double-size (2/1) gastro pans – perfect for cooking in bulk. When service is over, the stainless steel design and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance. Supplied on adjustable feet for added stability.
