Newly redesigned and refreshed touch controls and a bright LCD display help operators and users manage all of your hygiene and cleaning processes with consummate ease. A space-conscious and sleek, this stainless steel crafted unit has a double-skinned sealing to minimise noise and heat loss during operation, the EVO535WS is perfectly suited to high usage environments and areas where maximum output is required at all times. Not only does this double-skinned design help heat retention, it also increases energy efficiency by requiring less power to be consuming to maintain water temperature. Capable of washing up to 25-pint glasses per cycle, and with a usable height of 365mm, you have a high level of custom washing options beyond simply pint glasses. Chemical dosing is available as standard, meaning gleaming utensils with every single wash. Complete with two wash baskets, pre-load to save time when changing baskets and keep a high output during busy kitchen and bar periods where clean crockery, cutlery and more is needed in an instant. With improved self-diagnostics, the addition of a new LCD display and the capability to view operating temperatures and a cycle counter, any faults can be resolved quickly and simply – this is a forward thinking design from Maidaid.
