This unit is part of Lincat’s heavy duty Opus 800 series of commercial catering equipment, designed and built to withstand the pressures of today’s busiest kitchens in hotels, restaurants, pub chains, fast service outlets, canteens, bistros and many others.

Utilising high grade stainless steel in construction, in thicknesses up to 1.2mm, gives tremendous strength and durability, while fully welded seams and the high sheen finish ensure the appliance is supremely easy to clean. Now firmly established with catering businesses up and down the country, Opus 800 appliances are known for their intrinsic reliability as well as high power.

The Opus OG8301N has a heavy duty cast aluminium branding plate, which is reversible and is supplied as standard, which ensures that cooked foods display an appealing, appetising branded finish. Heat up from cold is rapid and saves both time and money.

There are high and low heat settings for operating economy, and which also give the versatility to cook a variety of foodstuffs. The control knobs are distinctly designed, highly visible, tough and easy to grip. The chrome plated wire grill shelf is easy to clean and doubles as a toasting rack. The enamelled design of the interior and the top and front of the exterior provides durable yet stylish good looks. There is an integral fat collection channel.

There are also a number of optional accessories on this product: an additional branding plate, a wall shelf, a bench stand and a floor stand.
