Improved with chrome plating, this Lincat Opus 800 griddle will be ready quicker and hold its heat for longer than traditional steel models, saving you time spent waiting and money spent heating. Utilising two independent heat zones that can be used to either double your cooking output, cook separate or complementary foods at the same time or toned down to a single heat zone to reduce running costs during quiet hours. A built in drain hole channels any unwanted fat into an easy to remove collection drawer beneath whilst a heightened splashguard protects the rest of your kitchen from potential spillages.
