Using efficient heat transfer technology, the heavy duty Lincat Opus 800 Twin Tank Fryer provides quick heating and recovery to ensure your food is cooked at a stable temperature, resulting in a finer quality end product. Rather than requiring an external drain pipe to be fitted to the appliance, the fryer instead funnels spent liquid down through to a housed container that can be emptied at leisure, making for a more hassle-free method of disposal. The availability of two tanks allows for you to regulate your cooking batches or to heighten your food output during peak serving hours.
