Combining highly focused heating potential with heavy duty reliability, the Lincat Opus 800 Six Burner Oven Range comes gastronorm compatible to accommodate freshly made dishes directly from the prep counter. Each of the dual concentric burners on the hob uses clever heat distribution to tailor the flame to whatever pan size you use, ensuring you complete control over the level of heating regardless of cookware. Inside the oven there is a total of four shelving positions to maximise your output with every cook, with double insulation throughout the unit minimising heat loss and ensures the most efficient operation possible. A drop down door gives you easier access when loading and unloading.
