By preserving it’s highly responsive heating system through double insulation that conserves heat and reduces energy loss, this unit cuts back on both cooking time and running costs. The top’s dual concentric burners focus the flame very specifically to your requirements to ensure food is cooked evenly and in optimal conditions, whilst the interior has been made gastronorm compatible to streamline the process from preparation to cooking.
