As a standalone unit the Opus 800 Natural Gas Fryer will provide all you need for quick quality frying of dishes from prawns to scotch eggs. Aiming to detract as little time away from staff as possible, used oil automatically drains into a housed bucket beneath for emptying later. An inclined base drains any excess fluid from your cooking, resulting in higher quality food for your customers. The fully welded mild steel pan and nickel plated basket are indicative of this machines heavy-duty design and its ability to withstand constant use in the commercial kitchen.
