Highly powerful and immensely versatile, the Lincat Opus 800 Electric Solid Top Oven Range combines fast, flexible solid top cooking alongside a 6kW fan-assisted oven with gastronorm compatibility. The solid top is divided into two sections, allowing multiple pans to be fired simultaneously during busy hours, whilst during quieter hours energy can be saved by only operating a single side. When connecting the range to its gas supply, a recessed back allows the machine to fit perfectly against your wall, giving an attractive finish and saving precious kitchen space. Whether you’re baking bread, frying fish or searing steak, the Opus 800 is an excellent choice.
