Powerful and reliable, the UK-made Lincat CO235T convection oven is an impressive solution for quickly roasting, baking, braising and reheating up to three full-size (1/1) gastronorm pans of food at a time. With sturdy construction throughout, the Lincat is precision built for everyday commercial performance. Two-speed bi-directional fans and accurate controls ensure even delicate items can be cooked to perfection every time.

For further precision, the timer automatically flashes the oven interior lights when the cooking cycle is finished. The addition of a handy humidity injection function (requires water connection) ensures pastries retain their texture and roast meats are cooked perfectly without drying out.

Please note: this is the touch screen digital control model with humidity injection. If used in a hard water area, water softening is recommended (filters sold separately).
