Supplied with 1 x 1/2, 3 x 1/6 and 4 x 1/4 gastronorm pans, the Lincat Silverlink 600 BM7AW wet heat bain marie provides the ideal solution for storing and serving pre-cooked foods such as baked beans, gravy, chilli and curry. The holding temperature of this water bath is modified through a straightforward control unit. A built-in drain tap on the front allows for instant draining of hot water at the end of serving without risking harm to staff.
