Manufactured by Foster refrigeration to target the section of the market where price is key the XR20 Blast Chiller with its 20kg chilling capacity and 5 x 1/1GN shelf positions is manufactured to be “Best in Class” against it’s peers in the entry level sector of the market. This unit has been designed with a greater focus on initial customer investment rather than full life cycle costs and investment payback which is the focus of the Foster Eco range. The XR20 is manufactured in the UK at the Kings Lynn factory and is supplied with the Foster 2 year parts & labour warranty as standard. The XR20 has a stainless steel interior and exterior with 5 shelf positions set 75mm apart to maximise capacity. Its Microprocessor controls provide food safe chilling from +70’c to +3’c in 90 minutes with hard and soft chill options. The unit is designed with no visible screws or dirt traps for ease of cleaning and will operate to high ambient temperatures up to approx 40’c.
