Foster BFT52 Blast Freezer Cabinet

Current food legislation requires all food to be cooled as quickly as possible. Foster’s blast freezer reduces food temperature from +70ºC to -18ºC in no more than 240 minutes, exceeding current guidelines. A bottom mounted refrigeration system increases stability and helps to reduce noise levels. Encased in a tough 304 stainless cabinet the stainless interior is capable of accepting gastronorm 1/1 trays. Offering simple programming options, incorporating ‘touch pad’ technology the BFT52 is easy to operate using this innovative method. A useful temperature probe is fitted as standard as are lockable roller castors to aid maneuverability. Food wastage is reduced and hygiene levels maintained in this high calibre professional unit.
