• High output fryer – Fitted with easy to use Digital programmable controls 
• Capacity – 21.5 + 11.5 Litres of Oil 
• Supplied with 2 baskets in the large tank one in the small tank  – Basket size 165w x 335d x 260h
• Fitted with easy to use Digital programmable controls 
• Controls have a solid fat melt cycle, Standby setting, drip time setting, activates the filtration cycle, 
• 10 programmable recipe settings with up to 6 phases of cooking within each recipe
• Fitted with Inbuilt pumped oil filtration system – can increase oil life by up to 50% and maintains product quality as oil is regularly “cleaned” via filter paper
• Filtration tank is fitted with wheels to allows easy moving
• Heating elements tilt upwards to allow easy tank cleaning
• Large cool zone prolongs oil life
• Construction – 1.5mm 304 stainless steel exterior
