With its large 1300 litre capacity, there is plenty of space to store ingredients over the six sturdy shelves. Each shelf is compatible with 2/1 gastronorm ensuring versatility within a commercial kitchen.This fridge has been designed with easy to clean, ergonomically designed integrated handles ensuring ease in keeping it clean. Cooling is provided by a powerful forced air system, which effectively channels the air to all parts of the interior, ensuring a reliably cool environment for maximum food hygiene.
