Fitted with 6 high power burners – each burner is 32,000 btu’s (10kw), 24″ raised griddle plate with 2 cooking zones, broiler under griddle with slide out grilling rack.
Each open burner is fitted with a variable low flame setting gas valve – allows chef to adjust simmer flame setting
No pilots fitted – prevents unwanted service calls
Individual 12″ x 12″ heavy duty cast iron pan supports
Two large sized ovens – 673w x 572d x 343h each – will accept 2/1gn containers
Drop down oven doors is easily removable – for cleaning and narrow door access
Supplied with 1 oven shelf per oven as standard
